Robert C. Shea
Robert “Bobby” Shea grew up in Stoughton, Massachusetts which is approximately 20 miles south of Boston. He attended Xaverian Brothers High School in Westwood, Massachusetts and went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at the University of Connecticut. He returned to Massachusetts to attend Suffolk University Law School, located in the heart of Boston, where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 2009.
His main office is in Brockton, Massachusetts but he frequently travels all over the state of Massachusetts to meet with potential and existing clients and their families at their convenience. The availability and accessibility that Attorney Shea provides to all of his clients truly sets his practice apart. Whether it is a meeting at his office, a meeting at their home, an E-mail after hours or a phone call over the weekend, Attorney Shea prides himself on ensuring that he is always available for his clients when and how it is easiest for them. He understands that facing a legal matter can be a confusing, and often overwhelming time for his clients and works hard to make the process as transparent as possible. Attorney Shea has a very candid and straightforward approach with his clients, and fights to ensure that their rights are protected.
Attorney Shea began his career working at a law firm specializing in personal injury cases while enrolled as a college student in 2003. He enjoyed many aspects of this work, most of which was helping those who were desperate for someone to advocate on their behalf. Upon graduating from the University of Connecticut he immediately enrolled at Suffolk University Law School. He graduated in January of 2009 and took the bar exam in February of 2009. He obtained a passing score and was sworn in as a licensed attorney in June of 2009. After graduating he took a position as an associate at a local law firm, which also specialized in personal injury law. Attorney Shea has represented hundreds of injured people throughout his career. He has taken many cases all the way to trial in both District and Superior Court.
Attorney Shea is an active member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys. He has served as Chair of it’s New Lawyers Division. Additionally, he is also an active member of the Cranberry chapter of BNI. He has been a member for over five years. BNI is the largest business networking organization in the world.
